These terms apply to enquiries and journeys offered by India On Feet.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and written confirmation is issued. Departure details, inclusions and payment schedules may differ by journey and will be stated in the confirmation shared with you.
Prices and itinerary changes
Published prices are starting prices and may vary by pickup city, travel date, group size, accommodation or transport selection. Mountain itineraries can change because of weather, road conditions, permits, government directions, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Fitness, conduct and documents
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information about fitness and medical conditions, carrying valid identification and following safety instructions. India On Feet may decline participation where continued travel creates a material risk to the participant, group or team.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy shown on the relevant journey page or booking confirmation applies. Where no journey-specific policy is supplied, cancellation terms will be shared in writing before payment. Non-recoverable permits, transport, accommodation and payment processing charges may be deducted where applicable.
Insurance and personal property
Personal travel and medical insurance are strongly recommended. Travellers remain responsible for personal belongings and expenses not expressly included in the confirmed package.
